Thank you for purchasing Unhinged: The Card Game! We strive to provide high-quality entertainment, but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our policy below.
Due to the nature of our products as packaged card games, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final once an order has been placed. If you accidentally place an order or change your mind, we unfortunately cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your game arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@unhingedcardgames.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a replacement, provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. If we determine the issue does not qualify for a replacement, we will politely tell you so.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please check with your local postal service and neighbours. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately—though we can’t guarantee changes after an order has been placed.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first reaching out to us, we reserve the right to contest the claim and provide proof of shipment and product fulfillment. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a ban from future purchases. We are a small business, and chargebacks hurt us deeply, so please just email us if you have an issue.
