Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

  • Any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not cover these charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package upon arrival.

  • If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for shipping-related issues. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
