Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not cover these charges.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package upon arrival.
If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for shipping-related issues. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
